Book Presentation: Valerio Adami – Sinopie Luoghi Confessioni
The Valerio Adami Archive and the Fondazione Marconi are pleased to announce the presentation of the volume Sinopie Luoghi Confessioni, published by Abscondita (April 2025), taking place on Saturday, May 24 at 4:00 PM at Fondazione Marconi in Milan.
The event will feature a conversation between Valeria Cantoni Mamiani, President of the Valerio Adami Archive, and philosopher Maurizio Ferraris, with readings from the book by actress Anna Nogara.
Twenty-five years after its first publication, the volume returns in an expanded new edition: alongside the original texts, two new sections have been added—Luoghi, dedicated to the theme of travel, and Confessioni, which includes unpublished writings and personal reflections.
The result is a previously unseen portrait of Adami, not only as a painter but also as a storyteller of his own life.The presentation is held in conjunction with the exhibition Laboratorio. Valerio Adami, currently on view at the Fondazione Marconi until July 11, 2025.
